3:00-7:00pm Registration and distribution of Team Bags at the Hotel Buena Vista.
6:00-7:00pm Angler, Captain and Deckhand Meeting on the Pool Deck. One team member must attend.
7:00-9:00pm Kick-Off Cocktail Party.
WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY JULY 25-27 FISHING DAYS
7:00am Shotgun Start.
7:00am-4:00pm Tournament Fishing; lines must be out of the water by 4:00pm.
7:00am-7:00pm Weigh Station is open on the beach in front of the Hotel Buena Vista.
SATURDAY JULY 28 AWARDS CELEBRATION
7:00-9:30pm Awards Celebration on the beach in front of the Hotel Buena Vista.

SUNDAY OCTOBER 21 FISHING DAY 2 OF 2 AND AWARDS CELEBRATION

8:00am-5:00pm Tournament Fishing; lines must be out of the water by 5:00pm.
8:00am-7:00pm Weigh Station is open. NOTE: Weigh Station closes one hour earlier on day two.
8:00-10:30pm Awards Celebration on the beach at the Baja Cantina Beach Club.

12 noon-6:00pm Registration and distribution of team bags in front of Puerto Paraiso Mall.
6:00pm-7:00pm Captains Meeting, upper deck of the Puerto Paraiso Mall. One team member must attend.
7:00pm-9:00pm Registration continues and the Kick-Off Cocktail Party begins!

7:00pm-9:30pm Awards Celebration starts off with cocktails followed by dinner and a big screen presentation of the tournament video (available for sale after the tournament on Bisbee’s Online Store at www.bisbees.com/store/). The awards presentation starts after viewing the tournament video.
